"I've had Rich pump out my septic 3 times now and I continue to be impressed. He's very easy to work with and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I know how to care for my septic system. He added new screws to one of the caps, and a pull-wire to the filter to make it easier to get to. Highly recommended!"
